SPINDLE POWER METER MODULES
The spindle type is the best protected and invisible power meter style and can be designed using these power meter modules. This is easily much more accurate than arm based in 30mm alloy spindles due to the very clean torsion strain available for the sensor. Therefore, it is definitely the best choice for 3-piece modular cranksets and for gravel/MTB solutions.
SG53 MODULE
For spindle based power meter integration, we recommend the SG5x module. This is pre-certified and real-world tested in both very tough MTB pro-level environments and by multiple road brands.
This small module fits inside both 30mm and 24mm spindles. When combined with a round LiIon rechargeable battery and a set of shear-style strain gauges, this is the center of a very well-performing power meter product. A fully customized unique spindle based power meter can be put on the market in record time based on this module.

SG57 MODULE

SPIDER POWER METER MODULES
SG72 MODULE
For crank spider power meter integration, we recommend the SG72 module. The great thing about spider-based power meters is the ability to measure the effect of both legs and simply tell how much torque is being used to pull the chain and propel the bike forward. This module is road tested and works very well for this style of the power meter.

CRANK ARM POWER METER MODULES
Crank arms are quite popular for power meters, but this is not the ideal spot to place a power meter for many many reasons, as accuracy is much more challenging in this position. Therefore, the crank arm design and shape may seriously impact accuracy. Frame clearance can also be an issue. For gravel and MTB, this position is very exposed to physical damage.
SG62 MODULE
This module compensates for some of the difficulties in measuring power in a crank arm. When combined with the right physical shape of the crank arm, this can be a very accurate solution.
